Shipping is calculated as a fixed rate depending on your region so we can give you the fastest shipping time possible.
We use TransGlobal for all shipments both Domestic and International to get the best shipping time.
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking number via email.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached.
Every item is checked and photographed prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com and we will supply you with both a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) for returning your purchase and a returns form of you to fill out. We will also send you appropriate information on how to return your purchase.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item or something else, send us an email at email@example.com and you will follow the same procedures as for a return.
