Nicky is a great friend with my friend Georgie who sent me the postcard from Athens. Usually they travel and explore together but this time Nicky was travelling with another companion. She was in Rome for a long weekend and took the time to send me this great postcard. I have to say the Shakerato at Sant-Eustachio is amazing! I could have one of those whatever the weather hot in the summer or cool in the winter – it’s bellissimo! If you are a fan of cacio e pepe pasta Nicky’s recommendation of Roscioli is tip top of the pile. Get a few plates of sliced meats and cheeses to start and then dive into the best cheesy pasta you’ll ever have! Thanks Nicky for thinking of me!

“Hi Alexander! You would love the spaguetti cacio e pepe at Roscioli, washed down by an iced caffé Shakerato from Sant’Eustachio Il Caffé! Yum yum! Big hug & kiss, Nicky xo”
