For Astride’s third and final installment from her Dalmatian coast trip this summer, we have received a postcard from Split! I have heard so much about Split from Astride as well as my brother Will who loves Croatia. Best part about this postcard, Astride helps us get instagram ready with a photo-op tip on the old stairs near the bakery window! Don’t forget to send me your snaps and always hashtag them #LaFemmeLewís!

“Dear Alex, Here in Split I’ve found the most amazing wine bar, with a modern take on classic Konoba fave: Bokeria. Amazing decor and people watching.
Try the octopus salad – so fresh! Once you leave, turn the corner for some fresh croatian bread at Bobis (it’s been around since 1949!) Before you leave Diocletian’s Palace, don’t forget to take the photo opp on the old stairs near the bakery window. The beautiful empty alleys of split don’t get better than this! Xox A.
